Shipping/Return Policy
To ensure that your order is filled properly and your shipment is received within the the time span we publicize, it would be ideal if you ensure your location is correctly entered. In the event that there is issues with confirming your location a customer service representative will contact you to verify your information. If no response after several attempts, you order will be cancelled and your money will be returned to you.
Orders are processed upon order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. Order shipment time is based on order volume.
A shipping confirmation will be sent with tracking information once your order ships. You can also locate your order by using our online Order Lookup link.
Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the rates offered by our shipping carriers and the promotions we may run.
Lost/Damaged Shipments
What happens after the shipment leaves our warehouse is out of our control.
If your tracking number indicates that the package was "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting your local USPS office to see if the package was misplaced.
Be sure to verify your address as we will ship to the shipping address listed in the order confirmation/receipt. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser and is not eligible for a refund.
Returns/Refunds
There are no refunds. Store credit only.
Affinity Chest will accepts returns For Store Credit Only under the following conditions :
- Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
- Returned items must be unused / unworn
- Returned must be received within 14 days of delivery date*
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Because of the nature or our product, Refunds are not an option. If you refuse any shipments from affinitychest, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of the returned package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for return instructions before you return your item.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any damaged, used items, cannot be returned under any circumstances. Returned items will be inspected, and store credit will be issued.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. AffinityChest is NOT responsible for packages that state DELIVERED.

We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS.
Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.
If your return is accepted, we'll process the store credit for the cost of the item with no exceptions. We’ll send you an authorization for your return which must be included in your return package. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided and must be within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How soon will store credit be processed?
When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your store credit for the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will receive store credit for the exact price you pay for the product(s) minus any fees and/or coupons used if applicable.
